Our Little Male Model

While Matt and I scratch our heads and try to figure out how our baby could possibly be one month old today (?!?) please enjoy these pictures of the little man himself.

Nursery

I know I'm a little slow, but better late than never, right? Here are some pictures of Beckett's room. It was a collaborative effort, but I think we're both equally thrilled with how it turned out.

This is a close up of the dresser Mike made for Beckett. We love how it turned out, and we love the baseball knobs!

Matt did this, which I thought was cute. (Yes, we know he can't sleep in it this way! But I thought it was cute that he put all Beckett's little buddies in his crib to hang out and wait for him to be born

Okay, okay we'll share him!

This will most likely be a short post word wise, but no one really wants to listen to me blather on anyway, right? No! So, I will cut to the good stuff - pictures of our little hunk! At 3 weeks old, Beckett likes to:

melt our hearts... make us laugh...

sleep all day,

so he can party all night... play with his Daddy... sleep like his Mommy...and pretty much just look cute all around.

We are loving our life getting to know Beckett, and figuring out this whole parenting thing. He definitely keeps us busy and on our toes, but we are loving every second of it. But neither of us can believe he's already 3 weeks old! Time is flying by so fast, and he changes every day. This picture is from my first Mother's day. When we first snapped these pictures I thought they were pretty cute, but as I have looked back over them, man we look tired! haha. As far as Beckett's stats go, he was born on the small side, but he was back to his birth weight by the time he was a week old. At his 2 week appointment last week, Beckett weighed in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces (5th percentile), and they measured him at 20 inches long (25th percentile). We are so happy to have him as part of our family and can't wait to watch him learn and grow.

PS - yes I know this post is edited weird. I tried my best to get all these stupid spaces out, but they keep adding themselves back in there. Sorry!
