For some reason the color looks familiar.... can't quite put my finger on it....

Oh yeah... that's right....

I don't know how Matt pulled this one over on me! I thought we had compromised on this pretty muted teal color that was still nuetral-ish for future purposes. I even went with him to pick it out but once it got up on the walls, man! It is definitely Miami teal! haha. But surprisingly, I completely LOVE IT. This room has a window to the East, so it gets a ton of light during the day, and it makes the color a lot lighter. The after pic I took was after the sun had gone down, so it does usually look a little paler. (If I use the word pretty Matt will demand to repaint, so I will restrain myself) It will be so cute one day for a nursery (One day, I said. Sorry it felt too mean to leave the last post up, in case any one was wondering. haha) But it's also totally appropriate for the man cave now, since you know, it matches all the Miami stuff. hahaha.

So ten points to Matthew for kicking trash and getting this done this weekend. The plan was for Matt to take the border down while I was at work Friday, and we'd paint the room together Saturday. When I called on my home from work Saturday, Matt was already on to the second layer of paint. Hooray!!! So I came home to it being almost finished (Maybe he took the paint we bought and replaced it while I was at work? hmmm....) So thanks hubbs! You are the best and the room really does look great.
